These Website Terms & Conditions are drafted to comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under law.

1. About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of this website and to all goods and services supplied by Wyndham Tech ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing this website, purchasing goods, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Any terms proposed by a customer are expressly excluded unless agreed in writing by Wyndham Tech.

2. Website Use

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not misuse, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems.

Information on this website is provided for general purposes only and may be updated without notice.

3. Services Provided

Wyndham Tech provides services including, but not limited to:

  • Mobile phone, computer, and electronic device repairs

  • IT support, networking, and technical services

  • Website design, development, and maintenance

  • Sale of technology products and accessories

All services are provided with reasonable care and skill. Timeframes provided are estimates only.

4. Quotes and Pricing

  • Quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.

  • Prices may change if the scope of work changes.

  • All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise.

5. Payments

  • Invoices are payable within 21 days unless otherwise stated.

  • Services may be suspended if payment is overdue.

  • Accounts overdue by more than 60 days may be referred to a debt recovery agency. Reasonable recovery costs are payable by the customer.

6. Repairs & Technical Services

  • Customers are responsible for backing up all data before repairs.

  • Wyndham Tech is not responsible for data loss except where required by law.

  • Devices may contain pre-existing faults that affect repair outcomes.

  • Additional issues discovered during repair will be discussed before further work.

7. Repair Warranty

  • Repair warranties cover workmanship and replaced parts only.

  • Warranty does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, misuse, software issues, or third‑party repairs.

  • Warranty is void if the device is opened or modified by another party.

This warranty is in addition to your rights under the ACL.

8. Web Design & Digital Services

  • You are responsible for providing lawful and accurate content.

  • Delays in approvals or content delivery may delay completion.

  • Wyndham Tech does not guarantee search rankings, traffic, or business results.

  • Ongoing services may be suspended for non‑payment.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Wyndham Tech is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

  • Liability is limited to resupplying the goods or services or paying the cost of resupply, except where ACL remedies apply.

  • Wyndham Tech is not responsible for third‑party claims against the customer.

10. Claims & Complaints

Any issues should be reported as soon as reasonably possible. Where applicable, claims should be made in writing within 8 days of service completion or delivery.

This does not limit your ACL rights.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes are subject to Australian courts.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version published on this website will apply.
